Empowur, Inc. specializes in supporting businesses and charities in areas such as environmental and food sustainability, poverty alleviation, job creation and community development, among others, aligned with our core values:​

We are not a bank.  All of our funding requests are individually underwritten, uniquely structured and privately funded.  Some of our funding programs include:

1. Loans: Not-so-traditional lending at lower than market interest rates; optional interest-only and/or forgiveness at end of term.

2. Grants: Grants for charities and businesses with qualified projects.

3. Funding as a Service: Non-recourse funding in exchange for a percentage of revenue.

4. Infrastructure as a Service: Non-recourse funding in exchange for a percentage of revenue and we retain ownership of asset.

5. Private Equity: Traditional private equity investing.
